windows cannot access the specified device path or file

加入domain後
用domain admin帳號登入開啟Server Manager出現此問題 (本機admin不會)

解決方式:關閉windows的UAC (User Account Control 使用者帳戶控制)
                 重新開機後，UAC 就會被關閉
